I tutor ESL students online and have taught online college classes in literature and writing too. I have also taken classes in Spain and spent time traveling in Peru and Mexico.

I want to share my love for writing, language and literature with others. My training in linguistics and foreign languages gives me the skills to understand how students learn language and teach it effectively to students. Teaching Experience: Online ESL Tutor for adults in language school Tutored and facilitated introductory college-level writing/composition, grammar, and literature courses online and in classrooms Assisted students in writing reports and essays and evaluating such assignments Taught English as a Second Language to adult language learners from various countries Language & Cultural Experience: I have studied and traveled in several Spanish-speaking countries, including Spain, Peru, and Mexico Graduate-level Linguistics courses I have helped dozens of college and adult students improve their writing skills, and I would like to do the same for you. I prefer to meet at a school or library. Sessions generally last an hour, unless otherwise requested. Changes in schedule require 24-hours notice. Lessons can be rescheduled as needed. Hobbies

I enjoy experimenting with new foods and flavors in cooking and baking. I also like to explore the worlds of science fiction through films and novels. I take any opportunity to peruse yard sales to collect vintage items, such as puzzles and games.
